Could your child benefit from more targeted practice in literacy or math to boost their foundational skills? I am offering literacy and math tutoring to kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders. Sessions are either out of your home or a nearby public library with my materials. I have ten years of experience teaching kindergarten and 1st grade, and am a licensed teacher with a Masters in Elementary Education. When you purchase 8 one-hour sessions, (discount of $10/session for this package) you will receive an individualized learning plan made for your child based on their initial assessment, including overall goals and benchmarks. Each session will include review, new hands-on practice with science-backed learning activities, and an optional take-home activity to continue practicing the skills learned.

When you purchase 4 one-hour sessions (discount of $5/session when you purchase this package), you will receive a learning plan for your child with mini goal milestones. Each session will include review, new hands-on practice with science-backed learning activities, and an optional take-home activity to continue practicing the skills learned.

Week by Week
After an initial introductory session, we will review and practice math or reading skills as needed based on identified areas of growth. Each session will include a brief review of previously practiced skills, direct instruction of new skills, and science-backed hands-on learning activities to solidify the new learning through practice. Sessions are one hour long. Individual tutoring sessions are $85/session.
