This journal is the perfect daily SEL activity for the month of November leading up to Thanksgiving, helping children to reflect on all the things they’re thankful for in a meaningful way. This gratitude journal fosters social-emotional learning in a way that is engaging and relevant. From recognizing the love of family and friends to appreciating nature and the joy of laughter, students are encouraged to reflect on what makes them feel grateful!

**Although a few pages focus on gratitude for "things," many pages move beyond that and into gratitude for people, places, and feelings.
